Seems like an obsession, but he hasn't made anything wrong with his patients so far, only trying to recreate his wife or relative face that he is missing with the surgery. Seems like a thriller so far, because we don't know what he will do after he recreates the face that he want.

love the art style looks fantastic it almost looks like it was shot on old film like it has that white spotted grainy look pretty cool
They had us in the first episode. The doc turns out to be another psycho.
